Inquire About Partnership
Partner-level introductions.
Under NDA when appropriate.
For institutional advisors and law-firm leadership. GTC™ works through accounting firms, family offices, PE deal teams, and M&A counsel — and directly with managing partners and firm counsel evaluating a law-firm MSO. For closely-held businesses outside the legal sector, GTC™ works through the client’s advisors, not direct. Every introduction starts with a partner conversation, typically 30 minutes focused on fit and approach. Where a specific engagement is in view, an NDA is available on request and the no-cost initial review proceeds from the fact pattern.
What happens next
After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email and a calendar link for an initial 30-minute partner call. On that call we'll cover:
- The advisor's firm context — practice type, client profile, geography
- What triggered the interest — a specific client, a general evaluation, or something else
- How GTC™ would fit the advisor's existing service model
- What an engagement looks like if there's fit
If a specific client fact pattern is in view, we typically execute an NDA after the initial call and respond within one week with a candid read on whether the structure fits. The formal feasibility engagement is scoped from there.
How we answer
Our answer to any engagement evaluation is one of three things.
We don't pitch every case. That's by design — it's how we stay credible when we do say yes.
Not the advisor yourself?
GTC™ does not engage business owners directly. If you're a business owner or professional evaluating an MSO for yourself, please route the inquiry through your existing CPA firm, family office, or advisor. If you don't have one, contact us and we'll point you toward appropriate referral channels.
Partnership Inquiry
For accounting firms, family offices, MFOs, RIAs, PE deal teams, M&A counsel, and other institutional advisors. Submissions route to GTC™'s Partner Leads pipeline.
Confidentiality note: Please do not submit confidential client information, tax returns, legal documents, or identifying fact patterns through this form. If a specific client matter is in view, GTC™ will coordinate NDA execution before receiving confidential materials. This inquiry does not create an advisory, accounting, legal, tax, investment, or fiduciary relationship.
Submissions are reviewed by the GTC™ team. You'll receive an acknowledgment within one business day and a calendar link for an initial conversation.
